Prabhakar David

Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Prabhakar David is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with a distinguished track record in the UAE’s retail and commercial banking sector. As the head of M&M Marketing Management, he brings strategic vision, market insight, and deep executional expertise to the company’s growth and leadership agenda. Widely regarded as one of the industry’s leading sales heads, he has built a distinguished career defined by sustained performance, strong leadership, and a proven ability to scale businesses. In 2022, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and, in early 2023, led the acquisition of M&M Marketing, positioning the company for its next phase of growth and expansion.

With more than 30 years in the UAE and over two decades in banking and financial services, he has led high-performing sales organizations and delivered strong growth across major institutions.

During his 16-year tenure at First Gulf Bank (now First Abu Dhabi Bank – FAB), where he served as Head of Sales for Retail Asset Products, he established a strong reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and consistent business delivery. He later played a key role in strengthening the banking sales vertical at Derby Group, contributing to the expansion of its outsourced sales platform, and further reinforcing its market position.

Earlier in his career, Prabhakar held roles with prominent multinational organizations including Emirates Group, Aramex, Empost, TNT, and CEAT. These experiences broadened his commercial perspective and enabled him to build an extensive professional network across the UAE, GCC, and the Indian subcontinent.

He is widely respected for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, scale sales organizations, and drive sustained business growth. These strengths continue to shape his leadership of M&M Marketing Management as he steers the company’s strategic direction and long-term development.

Vadivelu is a seasoned C level business leader with extensive CEO, CFO, and COO experience in strategic business development, financial leadership, and global operations. Since 2001, he has led manufacturing and trading
Europe organizations across Asia the Middle East and the Americas, consistently delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence. He is known for revitalizing underperforming operations, accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share, and building cohesive, high impact leadership teams. His academic and professional credentials—CPA, CMA, Master of Commerce, and Bachelor of Business Administration—further strengthen his strategic and financial expertise. A cross cultural leader, he works effectively across diverse global environments and brings an adaptable, innovative, and collaborative approach to leadership. Ashik Habibullah

Director – Sales

Ashik is a seasoned banking and financial services executive with more than 24 years of experience across the UAE and India. He brings deep expertise in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, sales leadership, and collections,
supported by a record of delivering proven performance building strong market insight, and leading high-performing teams. Since 2016, he has held senior leadership roles in Dubai, including Area Head and Assistant Vice President for institutions such as FAB and ADIB, where he has led multi-product sales across personal loans, cards, and insurance with a strong emphasis on strategic growth, disciplined execution, and team performance. Earlier in his career, he held key sales leadership roles spanning conventional and Islamic cards as well as personal loans, contributing meaningfully to portfolio expansion and customer acquisition. His experience in international recovery and collections has further strengthened his understanding of risk management, customer behavior, and operational control.He began his career with SBI Cards in India and later progressed through leadership roles at First Gulf Bank in the UAE, establishing a strong foundation in credit card sales, customer acquisition, and frontline leadership.Widely recognized for his product expertise, relationship-building strengths, and ability to inspire high-performing teams, Ashik is a versatile and results-oriented retail banking leader who has played a significant role in driving the success of the sales team at M&M Marketing Management.
Muralidharan Nair

Business Head – Commercial Banking

Murali is a seasoned retail banking and sales executive with more than 27 years of experience in the UAE. As Commercial Business Head at M&M Marketing Management LLC, he leads strategic growth,
operational execution and multi-product sales performance within the Business Banking segment, while also driving broader business development initiatives for the company Previously, he headed Retail Sales at Doha Bank, where he led nationwide sales initiatives, expanded product portfolios, advanced digital capabilities, and delivered sustained revenue growth.His earlier leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank, Emirates NBD, and Dubai Bank reflect broad expertise across credit cards, personal loans, priority banking, SME, bancassurance, mortgages, and product launches. At Dubai Bank, he played a key role in establishing the direct sales channel in Abu Dhabi and contributed significantly to the growth of the bank’s credit card and personal loan portfolios. He has always delivered strong results through strategic leadership, operational discipline, and new team development.
Prajay Bhagat

Business Head – Retail Banking

Prajay is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, and diversified business operations across the UAE. As Business Head at M&M Marketing Management LLC, he drives
revenue growth across credit cards, personal loans, and merchant loans, leading a high-performing team of more than 100 professionals in Abu Dhabi and the Western Region of the U.A.E. His career includes senior roles such as Head of Sales at Finance House, Sales Manager at Union National Bank, and key sales positions at RAKBANK, reflecting a strong record of sales execution, market expansion, and business growth. He is recognized for leading large sales teams, accelerating customer acquisition, and expanding market share through focused commercial execution. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered measurable results in portfolio growth, sales productivity, and business development. Bhavikka Rajiv

Business Head – Retail Banking

Bhavika is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the UAE, with a multifaceted career spanning credit risk management, sales, collections, customer service, and process excellence across the full
credit lifecycle. She has managed large and diverse portfolios in the UAE, as well as regional portfolios in Qatar and Egypt, bringing broad expertise in credit underwriting, retail credit policy, portfolio strategy, collections, debt restructuring, and customer-centric business management. She is recognized for building robust credit and operational frameworks, strengthening decision-making through analytics and automation, and improving portfolio performance while maintaining disciplined risk controls. Her leadership experience also extends to process optimization, capacity planning, cost management, outsourcing, quality assurance, and enhancing customer service standards to support stronger business outcomes. With a strong ability to align credit strategy, process discipline, collections effectiveness, customer service, and sales objectives, she consistently delivers balanced and sustainable growth.
